Amazon Free App of the Day

Amazon AppstoreAttention Android users!  I know that the majority of my app-related posts focus on iPad apps, but I also know that some of you are using Android tablets in school.  Also, many of you are asked by parents for supportive apps for Android, as that’s what they use at home.  One of these days, I will get round to making a list of useful apps for the Android platform, but in the meantime, here’s a wee something to keep you going.

Every day on the Amazon Appstore (a free download to your Android device) a paid app is offered for free.  You can sign up to be alerted as to what it is and, while it is often not of interest, sometimes something of educational value pops up – for example, today’s app is Read with Biff, Chip and Kipper Level 1.

How useful would more information on Android apps be to you?  Let me know!
